  • Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) receive the shipment details needed to transport and deliver your package.
  • Our shipping platform provider receives shipment details to return rates, create labels, and provide optional insurance.
  • Our address verification provider receives recipient addresses to check them against USPS address data.
  • Our mapping provider (Google Maps Platform) receives the text you type in address fields to suggest addresses.
  • Service providers that host our website and systems, deliver email and process payments, under contracts that limit how they may use the information. [List hosting, email and payment providers.]

  • not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@vinships.com. We will verify your request by confirming information linked to your account. You may use an authorized agent, who must show us your written permission. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

7. Categories of personal information (California)

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes described above:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number, postal address and IP address.
  • Customer records, such as company name and address book entries.
  • Commercial information, such as labels purchased and shipment history.
